- As a Rockford Fosgate Army member, you need to have earned a minimum of 5000 R-Bucks to start spending online – this is unclear – can you earn r bucks if you are not an RF Army member or is that automatic as soon as you start spending. In other words, everyone who earns R Bucks can only start using them at 5000???
